Description
A technique to throw the opponent over the body by holding his upper body from behind when he is about to be on the mat with both hands and feet and twisting the body while laying down the body onto the left side. (Kodokan definition)

- When uke is low (hands and feet on mat), hold from behind.
- Hold uke’s upper body; twist and lie to the side.
