Description

A technique to throw down the opponent by breaking his balance forward and hold his right knee with the left foot to rotate him around it. (Kodokan definition)

Key points

  1. Break uke’s balance forward.
  2. Place your foot on uke’s knee as a pivot.
  3. Rotate uke around the knee and throw.
