Description

A technique to hold the opponent’s right ankle with the left foot and throw him down by breaking his balance while lifting him up forward. (Kodokan definition)

Key points

  1. Break uke’s balance forward with lift (tsurikomi).
  2. Prop uke’s ankle with your foot.
  3. Throw down with the prop and pull.
