Koshi-waza (hip techniques) use the hips as the main fulcrum to lift and throw uke.

Description

A technique to load the opponent onto the back of the hip and throw him down by breaking his balance forward while gripping his left sleeve with the right hand and lifting it up. (Kodokan definition)
