Description

A technique to load the opponent onto the back of the hip and throw him down by breaking his balance forward and grabbing the back of his belt to lift it up. (Kodokan definition)

  1. Grab uke’s belt from behind and lift.
  2. Break uke’s balance forward.
  3. Load onto hip and throw.
